Work in an eligible sponsored job for the approved UK employer identified through the Skilled Worker sponsorship framework. Additional work may be permitted only within the applicable Skilled Worker rules.

Current rules contain additional restrictions and transitional provisions for care workers, senior care workers and certain medium-skilled occupations, so dependant eligibility must be assessed against the principal worker’s occupation and immigration history.
