What work is allowed?
Remote work or telework performed from Colombia through digital means and the internet exclusively for foreign companies, either independently or as an employee, or qualifying digital-content or information-technology entrepreneurship.
This visa does not permit work or remunerated activity with a natural person or legal entity domiciled in Colombia.
Can family members apply as beneficiaries?
The principal holder may request beneficiary visas for an economically dependent spouse or permanent partner, children up to 25 years of age, or dependent children over 25 with a qualifying disability, subject to Colombia beneficiary-visa rules.
